But when a woman is living the best version of herself, she inspires others to live the best versions of themselves. Each of us has the power to reset our routines, making the “time” to be healthy. This interactive session will take attendees through a journey where they explore their own personal health commitment and come away with a new commitment to self. |

Create a Success Plan for Your Career Janice Lamy, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady The disparity between women and men in leadership roles across all industries continues to be significant. In order to address this, women must take a strategic, proactive approach to managing their careers. This presentation will provide women the tools needed to take their careers to the next level and achieve everything they have envisioned–with steps to begin taking immediately. Attendees will learn how to: · Identify their core values and learn how they drive everything. · Avoid getting tripped up by fear, limiting beliefs, and the myth of perfection. · Set tangible career goals for the next three, five, and ten years. · Create a personal marketing plan to get positioned for success. Participants will leave with a roadmap for designing their Success Plans. |

Preparing for and Addressing the “Inevitable” Financial Considerations of Death & Taxes (Why You Need a Will and Things You Need to Know about the IRS) David Gunn and Tami York, Gunn & York Taking control over (and maximizing) one’s long-term financial well-being necessarily involves becoming equipped with knowledge related to, and properly planning for issues including (1) Federal and State (individual and business) tax compliance issues, and (2) Estate Planning (implementing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, etc.). This Session features a general discussion of these issues by speakers with decades of experience in preparing for and addressing practical and complex Tax and Estate Planning issues. |

This session explores the highs of the female dynamic at work and offers suggested approaches on how to manage the lows. |

This survival/overdrive mode eventually manifests in your body and creates many real symptoms.
